What you may ask is a Meet and Greet service. Well just as the name suggests a meet and greet service or personal parking as some companies call it is where you arrange to drive directly to the airport terminal where you are met by a chauffeur who takes your car to a secure car compound and on your return to Heathrow will meet you again at the airport terminal.
The driver will identify you by your car registration number. Remember though that you will not be able to wait on the departures level for very long therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify your Meet and Greet company using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
This service is ideal for families especially with small children, those that are disabled and anyone looking for a hassel free start to their trip away. It is also great if you are skiing since ski's and snowboards are notoriously awkward and some transfer coaches from car parks are unable to take such items.
On your return to Stansted you will be asked to call the company again when you have collected your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately and your car will be returned to the arrivals level.
