How much notice must I allow to Pre Book?
Your booking is confirmed by email which you can print off instantly and hand in on arrival. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference and quote it on your arrival. This means that with hotels you can book the day prior to your stay online and on the day by phone, and for Airport Parking on the day of arrival.
What is the benefit to Pre Booking Airport Hotels and Parking?
Most hotels promote a rack rate and pre booked offer rate and most airports now promote two parking rates. The turn up rate is the rate you pay if you just turn up and park with out pre-booking, the pre-booking rate is the rate you pay if you pre-book and pay before departure.
The pre-booking rate at many hotels can be as much as 60% cheaper than the rack rate and for car parking at the airport can be as much as 50% cheaper than the turn up rate.
In addition, by taking the time to pre-book you can compare the cost of parking at off airport car parks that you simply won't find otherwise.
Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?
One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Monday to Monday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive. So please make sure to be as accurate as possible when adding in times if you decide to make an airport parking booking only.
How Secure are the Car Parks?
Security is taken very seriously. Off-airport car parks are normally accredited with AA secure car park awards issued by the Police. Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV. Cars parked with a hotel package are either parked in these secure car parks or in their own on site car park.

Are t here any extra discounts for booking more than one car at a time?
No. All prices quoted are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate by up to 60% for hotel bookings and 50% for airport parking bookings.
How do I obtain a Vat or Credit/Debit Card receipt?
Call us on 0871 360 2284 with your booking reference and we will send you one. Please quote WX934 when ringing.
Can you confirm my booking by post?
This option is available on the page where you enter your payment details, just click on the box and we will post it to you.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Although we cannot guarantee that the availability and prices will be current when we receive your cheque, we will happily process your order with a cheque. You will need to send in a letter with your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Dates and details of product required.
